1. What Shadow is

Shadow lets you set a simulated GPS location on an iPhone from a computer, and — with Shadow Mobile — from the iPhone itself after a one-time setup. It relies on the developer facilities Apple provides for location testing; it does not modify or jailbreak your device.

Shadow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Shadow on the devices covered by your plan for as long as your plan is active. Renewal plans stay active while you keep paying; the 3-day pass and Lifetime are one-time purchases (Lifetime means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer).

Licence keys and entitlements are bound to the installation and device that first activates them. You may not share, resell, or publish a licence key. We may limit the number of devices per licence and may revoke keys that are shared or obtained fraudulently.

3. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown live on the pricing board in US dollars. Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. ("Whop"), which acts as the merchant of record: Whop's name appears on your receipt and statement, and Whop's terms apply to the payment itself. Taxes are calculated and added by Whop at checkout where applicable.

Renewal plans renew automatically at the interval shown until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop orders page (https://whop.com/@me/settings/orders/); cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

4. Free trials

Some renewal plans started from our try-free page begin with a free trial. The trial length and the first charge date are shown on the order summary before you pay and are confirmed by the checkout. Whop allows one trial per plan per customer. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews at the shown price.

5. Refunds

If Shadow does not work for you, tell us within 7 days of purchase by opening a ticket in our Discord or emailing support@hideshadow.app, and we will try to fix the problem first. Where we cannot, we refund at our discretion, typically in full for a first purchase that could not be made to work on a supported device. Renewal charges, licence keys that have been shared, and purchases made in breach of these terms are not refundable except where the law requires it. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use Shadow. You must not use it to break any law, to commit fraud, to evade a legitimate location requirement (for example one imposed by an employer, a court, or a financial service), or to violate the terms of another app or game. Some services prohibit simulated locations and may suspend accounts that use them; that risk is yours.

You must not reverse engineer Shadow, interfere with our servers, or attempt to obtain licences without paying.

7. Availability and changes

Shadow depends on Apple's operating systems and developer tooling, which change. We work to keep Shadow working on current iOS and macOS/Windows versions, but we cannot guarantee that every future update will be supported immediately or at all. We may change features, prices for new purchases, and these terms; changes to these terms take effect when posted with a new date.

8. Support

Support is provided through our Discord community and by email at support@hideshadow.app. We aim to respond quickly but do not promise response times.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Shadow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow's total liability for any claim relating to Shadow is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of accounts on third-party services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shadow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
