Do I need to jailbreak my iPhone?
No. Shadow uses the same developer channel Apple provides for location testing. Nothing on the phone is modified, and turning Shadow off returns your real location immediately.
What do I need to get started?
A Mac or Windows computer, an iPhone on iOS 17 or later, and a cable for the first connection. After that first pairing, Shadow can reconnect over the same Wi-Fi network.
Does every app see the new location?
Yes. The location is set at the system level, so Maps, games, dating apps, social apps and anything else that asks for GPS gets the same answer.
What is Shadow Mobile?
Shadow Mobile is an iPhone app that sets the location from the phone itself, without the computer nearby. It needs a one-time setup with the desktop app and iOS 17.4 or later. Lifetime and the 3-day pass include it; renewal plans can add it.
How is the price shown and charged?
Prices are shown live on the board in USD. Payments are processed by Whop, which appears on your statement, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
From your Whop orders page at https://whop.com/@me/settings/orders/. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
How does the free trial work?
Renewal plans started from the try-free page begin with a short free trial when eligible; the exact terms appear on your order summary before you pay. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. One-time tiers are billed in full.
When do I get my licence key?
Right after payment, by email, whenever your purchase includes Shadow Mobile. Desktop-only plans unlock in the app on their own and need no key.
Can I get a refund?
Open a ticket on our Discord or email support and tell us what went wrong. We review refund requests individually and quickly; the Terms page has the details.
Is this allowed?
Shadow is a developer-style location tool. Some apps and games forbid location changes in their own rules, and you are responsible for how you use it. Do not use it to break the law or an app's terms.
